I don’t think this is an overstatement. I have seen people come into the gym or on to the track saying that they didn’t really want to do it, but they understood how important it was for their health, completely change their opinion so that they look forward to the sessions and enjoy training so much. Then you are getting fit and healthy without even noticing it… and that is life changing.
