A student of Nutrition since 2012 and a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT). I am also a registered practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council). I am currently studying a Masters (MSc) in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Worcester. 

I first understood the power of nutrition when I began struggling with sports injuries. I was pushing myself, training harder and harder, but just not seeing any results. I decided to consult a nutritionist, who effectively changed my life. She helped me to understand the power and influence of food to fuel my efforts. I loved the consultation so much, I ended up asking her how I could do her job! That started the process of training to gain a degree in nutrition and I haven't looked back since. 

As a Personal Trainer it is my job to help you get the most out of your life. I work with athletes, business owners, and many other types of people. Through education and support, I can help you adopt a view of health and fitness that will not only make you feel fitter, but completely revolutionise your life. For good.

As a keen amateur sportsman, having worked in the corporate world for 16 years and having addressed and overcome my own personal challenges I am well placed to help you make positive changes in your life.  I work in partnership with my clients, building a relationship of trust where I will always act in your best interest. Everyone knows the basics of healthy living, that’s not the struggle. The hard part is implementing those strategies into our day-to-day lives and that's where I come in. I will work with you to create a plan that is not only obtainable, but incredibly rewarding.
